“He was led like a lamb to the slaughter…” (Isaiah 53:7)
There are moments in Scripture that stop you in your tracks. This is one of them.
A lamb doesn’t resist.

“Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.”

Following the Lamb

Jesus calls us to take up our cross. That means there will be moments of misunderstanding, sacrifice, and surrender.
Moments when you choose humility over pride.
Grace over retaliation.
Trust over control.
You may feel like you’re losing in those moments.
But you’re not.
You’re becoming like Him.

The Lamb who was led to the slaughter didn’t stay in the grave.
Surrender led to victory.
Silence led to salvation.
The cross led to resurrection.
And the same God who vindicated Jesus will be faithful to you.
So when life feels unfair…
When you’re misunderstood…
