The Lord Directs Our Steps

As we journey through life, the desire to understand every twist and turn often grips us. Why did that opportunity fall through? Why did that friendship end? Why is the path ahead so uncertain? These questions resonate deeply, reflecting our human longing for clarity and control. Yet Proverbs 20:24 offers a sobering yet liberating truth: “The Lord directs our steps, so why try to understand everything along the way?”
